𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 If you place an order while commissions are closed, it will be added to the waitlist. When commissions reopen, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 Payment is required before work begins to prevent potential scams. Please wait for instructions before making payment. Payments for waitlisted orders should not be made until your order has been started. We track payments through specialized gamepass links provided after work has commenced.
𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 I, QETSIYAH, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED. This may occur if a customer is being impatient or disrespectful, or if I am unable to fulfill the requested type of GFX.

𓆩ꨄ︎𓆪 Refunds are not offered, as payment is only required once you are satisfied with the completed graphic. Since payment is not made until work begins, there is no need for refunds. I will never cancel an order after payment has been received, as this would go against our agreement and the work would have already commenced.
